Please note: Contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities that specify a specific date or time period for performance (e.g., event-related tickets) are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB). When booking tickets for events, concerts, or theater performances, a contract for services related to a recreational activity is established. Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for such contracts, as the contract specifies a specific date or time period. Every ticket order is therefore binding immediately upon our confirmation.
For gift certificates that are not tied to a specific event date, you, as a consumer, are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. If you cancel this contract, all payments must be refunded immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation. Did you purchase multiple gift cards during a single order and would like to cancel only some of them (partial cancellation)? Please use this form and specify in the message field exactly which gift card codes you would like to cancel. Gift cards that have already been redeemed cannot be canceled.
After submitting this online form, you will immediately receive an automated email confirming your cancellation at the email address you provided. Your cancellation will be forwarded directly to the relevant event organizer. Since payment processing is handled directly by the event organizer, they will arrange for a refund of the purchase amount.
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. You can use the online form provided above for this purpose. If you choose this option, YesTicket, as a technical service provider, will immediately forward your cancellation directly to the relevant event organizer, and we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your cancellation.
To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
If you cancel this contract, your contracting party (the organizer) must refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the organizer (or YesTicket via the online form) received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, the organizer will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
The right of withdrawal expires early if the voucher has already been fully redeemed before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and the service (the event) has been fully provided with your express consent.
