Desire, entitlement, beauty, and power collide as hierarchies quietly unravel beneath polished surfaces and impeccable service. Entirely improvised, the play makes distinctive use of stage and audience, culminating in a final collective decision: which character’s stay at the hotel will take a fatal turn. Blending dark satire, social observation, and theatrical risk, Hotel Superior offers a sharp, unsettling, and darkly comic reflection on privilege and consequence. Each performance is unique, creating a memorable experience for audience and performers alike. The audience is not external to this system but materially inscribed within it. Prior to performance, spectators determine the hotel’s location online, situating the fiction within a collectively authored geography. Inside the theatre, a stratified audience structure assigns differing experiential conditions across three tiers — Luxury Class, Elegance Class, and a VIP pair — subtly reframing perception, proximity, and access.
