I'm Bala, an improviser and performer India. Much like improv, food is one of my favourite ways to learn about and enjoy different cultures, while sharing a meal and making new friends. This is why the humble samosa is one of my favourite snacks - it meant to be enjoyed with some piping hot masala chai and good company. me for a 2-hour journey into what makes a delicious samosa!
Included with tickets for all cooking classes are the evening festival activities on Saturday!
