THEY DON’T KNOW THE HALF OF IT!
They Don’t Know the Half of it! is a London-based show, pairing a scripted actor with an unscripted improviser with the specific focus of achieving a seamlessly harmonious performance between the two ephemeral collaborators.
The troupe consists of professional actors and improvisers, predominantly graduates of the MA Acting programme at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and Nursery Originals cast members The Nursery Theatre, as well a West End Actors (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Play That Goes Wrong).
The director, Charlie Sturgeon, (“a master of improvisation” - Herald Sun), has been improvising professionally for a decade and was a leading actor with the Australian Shakespeare Company before relocating to London to complete his Master’s in Classical Acting, and currently performs across the UK with Impromptu Shakespeare.
LE THÉÂTRE DE L'OIGNON - RANDOM
Random is an improv show in the style of Pure Improv.
Random is a messy playground for these grown-up children that actors are and an open window on their imaginative power.Random is a freeform Improv Show
no suggestion, actors and musicians bring you on board into different universes, discovered in front of you, spontaneously created scenographies.
As momentum funambulists, our improvisers walk on the edge of chaos, let their bodies be inspired by the atmosphere of the room, the music, the lights, props and settings randomly placed on stage.
Headliner at the Barcelona Improv Group Festival, Random toured in about 20 countries all over Europe and is taught, performed and spreading through the world!
The Onions present various shows and offer workshops based on a unique style they name Pure Improv!
Note There will be Corona-based restrictions depending on the current regulations such as distancing and wearing a mask, when moving around. When seated, the masks can be taken off.
