About the workshop:
Join Kaci Beeler, Kareem Badr, and Roy Janik, all the way from Austin, Texas, USA, for a 3-day improv intensive you don’t want to miss. Intuitive narrative improvisation (long-form improv that tells an entire story) is the bread-and-butter of the award-winning work Parallelogramophonograph does. After 20+ years and 1,250+ shows across 65 cities, PGraph has developed a unique brand of improvisational theatre using intuitive storytelling, complex relationships, bold characters, and a highly connected group mind. The result? Improvised plays with no set format that feel effortless, inspiring, and tailored to every audience, every room, anywhere in the world. In this intensive, you’ll learn PGraph’s favorite exercises, methods, theories, and tricks for creating dynamic, fully improvised plays on the spot. This workshop has sold out in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia.
About the festival:
The Improfest Bielefeld 2026 will take place for the sixth time from 05.11. - 08.11.2026 with international guests from Brazil, USA, England, The Netherlands, Austria and Germany.
This is one of 21 festival workshops. On Friday November 6th you can also book a space at "Impro Labor" in addition.
Note The workshop is aimed at professional improvisers. After making your reservation, you will receive an invitation to apply. Only once your application has been accepted will you receive a payment request. Once you have paid, your place is secured.
The bed in a double room is located in the youth hostel next to the event location.
