It is a one-woman show that deals with the topics of sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace based on the artist's personal experiences. It is about Michael, a sexist, idiotic asshole of a manager who faces sexual harassment allegations in the office and tries to understand what he did wrong.

About Gen What? by Merlina Parot: Gen What? examines the challenges faced by Gen Zs in today's society, from the endeavors of online dating to the struggle for financial stability. With humor, honesty, and insight, the show brings to life the character Merle, played by Merlina Parot, who embodies the hopes and fears of her generation, creating an unapologetic and thought-provoking exploration of what it means to be a young modern woman in today’s world.
