English version: In the “Bringing the Idea to Life” workshop, we’ll experiment and explore in a hands-on way how to bring ideas to the stage and tell a story through the body. Our body can quickly convey where it comes from, where it’s going, with what urgency, how it feels (and how it expresses those feelings), and it can even reveal the conflict between duty and desire. Yes; our body speaks without opening its mouth. But… the body also modulates speech. Our demeanor speaks volumes, turning a truth into a lie, and the way our body expresses itself reveals our intention and what remains unsaid. INSTRUCTOR: Marina Wainer: Actress / Director / Playwright / Educator Co-founder of the Teatro Estudio in Madrid. She collaborates as a playwright, director, and actress with other artists and institutions.
